U heeft van uw (huis)arts een zelfafnamepakket ontvangen. In dit pakket vindt u alle benodigde materialen en duidelijke instructies om zelf het onderzoek uit te voeren. Nadat u het materiaal heeft afgenomen, kunt u het pakket met het bijgevoegde verzendmateriaal per post opsturen of inleveren bij één van de bloedafnamelocaties van OLVG Lab.

After collecting the sample, you may send the package by mail using the provided shipping materials, or hand it in at one of OLVG Lab’s blood collection locations.
